Officer / operations manager
Grace Choi

Grace first discovered her passion for animals in high school when she began volunteering for a rescue organization. She went on to attend Pepperdine University where she graduated with a Bachelor's and Masters in Business Administration. Then to her surprise, her first job after college led her right back to her passion by working for a dog rescue in Los Angeles. Since then, Grace has continued to lend her hand in pulling and fostering for Boomer's Buddies. She also acts as our operations manager to run the rescue as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

Christina Zolotova

Christina has had a passion for rescuing animals in need since she was a little girl in Russia, bringing in and caring for strays of every size, from a rather large senior St. Bernard to tiny kittens and their cat moms, often saving them at the last minute from bitter Siberian winters. Jessica and Christina met while working in events in Los Angeles 10+ years ago and have since shared their love of travel and giving back, volunteering with different causes in the U.S. and abroad - including animal welfare, human rights, environmental, and education. Christina has a background in marketing and business development, having worked with clients like Ferrari, Ben & Jerry’s, and Nintendo. She is an avid outdoors fanatic and hikes often with her rescue terrier mix Meeka.
